My journey into the fitness world started at a young age when I got involved in Martial Arts and Rugby. I was vice world champion in Karate in 2008 and still have my Swiss rugby caps. In 2021, I did my first Ironman 70.3. Since then, I haven’t stopped accumulating as many finisher medals as I can. I’ve done fitness modelling for bodybuilding magazines in the UK and have been a strength, conditioning, and endurance-focused trainer for over 10 years.

With over 35 years of international experience in the fitness industry, a former sportswear ambassador and personal trainer to the late Princess Diana of Wales, sport has always played a major part in my life. Now at the age of 50+, my strengths are in balance, coordination, strength and functional training.

My fitness and training experience began more than 25 years ago and includes a variety of training techniques like martial arts, cardiovascular training, resistance training, and mental training techniques. I’ve further developed my understanding of fitness while working for the Australian Defence Force and later in the South Australia Police. I’ve worked as a fitness specialist and personal coach within fitness clubs, private studios, rehabilitation clinics, weightloss clinics, and the corporate wellness environment.

Physical exercise has been my companion from childhood. Back in the day, there weren't many other pastimes other than exercise and sports. Today I'm thankful I grew up that way. This foundation helped me getting into boxing, dancing & street-workout. I focus mostly on boxing, body weight & functional exercise as I believe that to be a great way to prepare for life.

At the age of 17, I emigrated to Thailand to practice boxing and Muay Thai. From 2010–2018, I gained experience in the major stadiums Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium, as well as the Kings & Queens Cup and other events nationwide. With over 60 fights, 49 of them in Thailand and other countries in Asia and training in several boxing & Muay Thai gyms, I have the knowledge and experience to develop you further, no matter your level.

Silvia

Silvia, a multilingual physiotherapist with a decade of experience in Switzerland and Barcelona, holds a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from SUPSI. Fluent in German, English, French, Italian, and Spanish, she specializes in sports, lymphology, and dermatofunctional physiotherapy, integrating face yoga and hipopressive exercises into personalized treatments for optimal outcomes.

First things first: I love to eat, and believe food is one of the great pleasures in life!
As a South African used to life outdoors, I am also passionate about health, wellbeing and being able to fully enjoy all of life.
That’s why after more than 12 years working in the financial industry in London and Zurich I have retrained as a Nutritional Therapist.

My training enables me to take a multidisciplinary approach and tailor it to your individual needs.

Can I work with more than one trainer?

Yes. We’ll suggest different trainers based on where we see the most potential for improvement. You’re also always free to work with any trainer you want that is available.
